How many people does the villa sleep?
8 Plus a baby

Are smoking & pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa but is allowed on the pool deck.

How far away are the main attractions?
The Villa is located only 10mins from Walt Disney World. Sea World & Universal being approx. 25 minutes away. So close you can return for a swim in the afternoon and go back to the parks in the evening.

How do we locate/enter the Villa?
Glenbrook Resort is located on the US27 and is 1mile north of the Us192. Villa directions will be sent to you in plenty time prior to arrival. The Villa keys are picked up from the reception desk in the Clubhouse.

Is there internet access at the villa?
I am pleased to say that wireless internet access is available at the clubhouse.

What direction does the pool face?
The Pool & Spa face east and back onto a conservation area.

Do we have to bring our own towels/linen?
The Villa is provided with towels/linen. We have also provided beach towels for beach trips or to the water parks.

Do you provide baby equipment?
A cot and high-chair, baby toys, emergency bottle and baby listening monitors are provided and should you require anything further then please ask.

Is the pool heated?
The pool and spa can be heated (by agreement/charged). We recommend pool heat for months October through to end of March.

What services are provided?
The Villa will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after your stay. You can have a mid-stay clean if required at a small charge - please ask regarding this. The pool & garden areas are tended to on a weekly-basis.

Who to contact for questions/emergencies?
Our management team are their to help in anyway (24 hours/7days a week). You will find that they will do anything they can to help be it general info on the Villa or directions to the nearest beach.

Are there stores nearby?
The Villa is located only 5 mins from a 24hr Wallmart supercentre. There are a wide variety of stores on the 192 which include convenience stores to outlet stores such as Nike.

Are there restaurants nearby?
There are restaurants galore along the 192 and to suit ever taste and budget and many of whom offer a delivery service. I defy anyone not to find a restaurant they do not like!!

Are there medical services nearby?
Hopefully not required but there is a Walgreens Pharmacy at the entrance of the resort.

What if your villa is not available for dates required or additional accommodation is required?
I am in contact with lots of owners at Glenbrook. I am sure I can suit your needs!
